Introducing Device Use and Phone Use.

Your agent doesn’t just write the code. It uses both your board and your phone, and makes sure they work together.

Start from scratch or bring firmware, an app, or both.

Breakover on a Mac: a CoreS3 streaming video to its iPhone app

How it works

Now your agent can
test on real hardware
while you sleep

The hardest bugs aren’t in any one piece — they’re in the connections between them. The board reports it sent a packet; the app never shows it. Breakover tests them all at once, so your agent can see where it fails.

Your firmware and your app have to find each other and keep talking. Breakover makes sure they do.

Device Use

Your agent reads the console, checks sensors, and captures frames from the camera. When the hardware doesn’t expose what Breakover needs, it adds instrumentation to the code.

On the phone

Phone Use

Your agent installs the app, launches it, taps through the interface, and captures what it sees. Works in the iPhone Simulator, or on a local iPhone.

Ship the app

TestFlight and App Store

Breakover handles the signing keys, certificates, identifiers, profiles, and App Store Connect.

Manage the fleet

Over-the-air updates

Firmware updates are handled automatically. If a device doesn’t come back healthy, Breakover rolls it back.
